The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Den Haag is delighted to partner with Indonesia Investment Promotion Centre London and Bank Indonesia Representative Office London to bring European business players an insightful market event where we will explore trade and investment opportunities in Indonesia, the largest economy in Southeast Asia.
Forecasted to become the 4th largest economy by 2030 - with an estimated GDP (PPP) of USD$10.1tn, and estimated to grow 5.3% in 2024 (source: ADB), this market offers an unique platform for expansion in the largest market in the Southeast Asia Region. With more than 270 million people population and its strategic location, Indonesia provides access to a market of over 650 million people in the region, offering European businesses a strategic foothold in one of the world’s most dynamic economic regions.
From tax breaks to streamlined regulatory processes, the Indonesian government is committed to creating a conducive environment for international investors. More fiscal and non-fiscal benefits for investment also offered in 20 Special Economic Zones. European companies could invest in a wide range of sectors ranging from infrastructure, transportation, manufacture, renewable energy, hospitality to tourism and more, and have the opportunity to grow trade to this market to an additional USD$1.1bn (Source: ITC) AGENDA
